Are you ready for the Sports Tech Research & Innovation Summit? Because we are!

We made a checklist for you, so that you're sure that you're not forgetting anything.

1. Did you register for our pre-Summit drink?🥂

If you're already in Ghent on Wednesday evening (18 September), you can join us for a drink to kick off the 2-day event! We're gathering at the main entrance of the Wintercircus venue, Lammerstraat 13, Ghent, at 8 PM local time.

Please confirm your attendance in advance through the registration form so we can get an estimate of the number of participants!

2. Did you book 1-on-1 meetings with Conversation Starter?💬

Conversation Starter is a tool that helps facilitate 1-on-1 networking. You should have received an invitation email to this tool by now, please let us know if that is not the case. We strongly encourage you to create your profile and to start sending invitations for meetings. 

3. Did you pack your sunglasses? 🌞

It seems like you'll be treated to lovely end-of-summer weather, with temperatures up to 24 °C! Though it might be wise to bring a warm sweater as well, as it can get quite chilly in the evening. ;-)

4. Do you know where you need to be? 📍

In case not: Lammerstraat 13, 9000 Ghent, is the address of the Wintercircus's main entrance. There will be STRN beach flags at the front so it will be easy to spot.
