Are you ready for the Sports Tech Research & Innovation Summit? Because we are!

We made a checklist for you, so that you're sure that you're not forgetting anything.

1. Did you register for the breakout sessions?
No? Then you can do so through this registration form (literally takes just 1 minute!). Only attendees who have registered are sure of their seat during the breakout sessions (as capacity for those rooms are limited)!

Good to know: after the Summit, we will ask all speakers to send us their final presentations so we can share them with you. 

2. Did you register for the Sports Science Laboratory visit?
If you're already in Ghent tonight (Tuesday evening 13 Sept), you can join us for an exclusive visit at the Sport Science Laboratory - Jacques Rogge at Ghent University. The research team is happy to show you around, explain their ongoing work and meet up for a drink afterwards in the sports bar next door (not at 'Kantien' as communicated earlier).

Registration for the Laboratory visit is mandatory too, and can still be done through the same registration form as the breakout sessions.

The tour will start at 7:30 PM at the Sport Science Laboratory - Jacques Rogge. Address: Watersportlaan 2, 9000 Ghent. We'll meet a few minutes before at the main entrance of the Department of Movement and Sports Sciences (same address), which looks like this. 

3. Did you book 1:1 meetings with Conversation Starter?
Conversation Starter is a tool that helps facilitate 1-on-1 meetings. You should have received an invitation email to this tool by now, please let us know if that is not the case. We strongly encourage you to create your profile and to start sending invitations for meetings. 

4. Is your invoice paid?
We would like to remind you that your invoice must be paid before the start of the event.

5. Did you pack your raincoat or umbrella?
It seems like you'll be treated to some classic Belgian weather: the forecast tells us that there will be some rain showers on Wednesday and Thursday, so don't forget to bring a raincoat or an umbrella 😉.

So, that's all you need to know or bring along! You will be able to spot the venue (WATT The Firms, not WATT Factory) when arriving by the large STRN beach flags at the entrance.
