Only 2 more weeks until the Sports Tech Research & Innovation Summit kicks off in our hometown, Ghent. The event preparations are in full swing and we’re more than excited to welcome you all here. The program has taken its final form now and we could not be happier with such an interesting group of speakers and topics! Take a look at what the Summit has in store for you. 

🎪 About the location

We’ll be hosting our event in the Wintercircus. You can find detailed directions to the event venue on our travel page, as well as various info on accomodation and transportation. Please note that there is more than one entrance to the Wintercircus! We will be using the main entrance on Lammerstraat 13. 

💬 Conversation Starter

As you can see in the program, we have chosen to place a strong emphasis on group interaction during the sessions. We've also foreseen enough room in the program for 1-on-1 interactions. This is where Conversation Starter comes in handy: it is a tool that helps facilitate this type of meetings. You should have received an invitation email to this tool by now, please let us know if that is not the case. We strongly encourage you to create your profile and to start sending invitations for meetings soon.

👋 Informal meetup on Wednesday 18 Sept

If you're already in Ghent the day before the Summit starts, you can join us for an informal drink on Wednesday evening, 18 September. More info on where we're meeting soon!
