Results from our first Special Interest Group: a quality assessment framework for Sports Tech

How to evaluate the quality of a piece of technology relevant for sports (from an integral perspective)? Within the STRN, we started with a first Special Interest Group dealing with this topic. 

The group is comprised of members from academia, industry, and sports interested in advancing the development and implementation of sport technology using research-driven and evidence-based standards and best practices.

The first results of this work will be presented and discussed during our upcoming Summit.

Current & Future perspectives on the use of tech in professional sports & beyond

💡The goal of this panel will be to discuss the key lessons learned so far when it comes to the development, validation and implementation of health and performance related technologies.

We'll also look at the future, and define the most needed actions for the research and innovation community, leading towards an increased real-life impact in the next years.
